The TGI Fridays menu offers mouth watering lunch and dinner meals, including steaks, ribs, hamburgers, seafood, sandwiches, pasta, chicken, sumptuous salads and more. When visiting this restaurant, whether you are someone who is looking for a great-tasting, filling meal at a great price or someone who is looking to be satisfied without taking in too many calories, there is something on the menu that is sure to delight you. In order to make it easy to find exactly what you are looking for, the menu is broken up into several attractive categories that offer mouth-watering photographs of the food.

Before you even arrive at the appetizers, soups, or salads, you come across a page that offers a glimpse at the best that Friday’s has to offer. The entrees listed here are both composed of shrimp and chicken. The first choice presents diners with shrimp and chicken that are marinated in garlic, sautéed, and then tossed in marinara sauce, before being served with peppers and onions. The second of the favorite choices incorporates Cajun-spiced shrimp and chicken and is tossed with red peppers and fetuccine in an alfredo sauce.

Friday’s has a large menu with an emphasis on alcoholic beverages which includes their famous “Ultimate” drinks which are served in an 18 oz. (532 mL) glass, and often made with top shelf and darker liquors. They also focus on a variety of blended drinks that are signature to the Friday’s name, such as the “Tropicolada” and the “Friday’s Freeze”. A section of the menu is dedicated to the “Jack Daniel’s Grill”, a selection of items with a special Jack Daniel’s-branded sauce.

T.G.I. Friday’s formerly served Atkins approved appetizers, entrées, and desserts. In 2006, the Atkins name was removed from the menu, but the restaurant continues to offer both low carbohydrate and low fat menu items.

In an effort to please those who are watching their calories or are interested in making healthier choices, the TGI Friday’s Menu offers seven entrée choices whose portions are carefully controlled. Some of the choices include either beef or chicken skewers that are grilled and basted with soy sauce and miso sauce, giving them an Asian tang. Salads in this section include a Caesar salad that is topped with chicken glazed in balsamic vinegar and a cobb salad topped with a grilled Balsamic-marinated chicken breast served along with bacon, hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, avocadoes, and Bleu cheese crumbles.

A petite sirloin steak and shrimp skewers cooked on an open fire with Cajun spices and finished with a ginger-lime sauce are also featured among the lighter portion items. The final items in this category are chicken and salmon that are grilled and glazed with a sauce made with Kung Pao spices.
Appetizers on the menu offer many familiar favorites such as loaded potato skins, spinach dip, chicken strips featuring sesame seeds and Friday’s Jack Daniel’s glaze. The buffalo wings also feature the signature glaze. Rounding out the appetizer offerings are nachos, pot stickers, fried mozzarella, and crispy green bean fries.

For those who prefer a tapas style appetizer, two choices are available. These include either sirloin or chicken skewers marinated in lemon-garlic sauce and served with ginger-lime dressing, or Japanese style skewers that are grilled after being basted with a meso glaze that includes black pepper and garlic-accented soy sauce.

French onion and broccoli cheese soup are served daily alongside a soup of the day. Five different salads featured on the TGI Fridays Menu can be ordered as appetizers, or serve as meals in themselves. These include a classic wedge salad topped with bleu cheese dressing, a wedge salad that features spicy southwest dressing, two kinds of cheese, avocado, and tostada chips, and a tossed salad that includes mixed greens accented with mango, cilantro, avocado and pineapple pico de gallo.

For those diners who are in the mood for seafood, grilled salmon comes either served with Kung Pao sauce or topped with crabmeat that is deviled and served with a Parmesan crust atop it, or flounder that is pan-seared and served with a Parmesan crust and deviled crabmeat.

Because Friday’s is known for its use of Jack Daniel’s in its barbecue sauce, there is an entire section of the menu devoted to these delights. Entrees include shrimp and ribs, shrimp and sirloin, an 8-ounce flat-iron Black Angus steak, twin chicken breasts, a basted chicken sandwich, a wrap that features barbecue chicken, and a classic pulled pork sandwich.

Meat lovers at the table can choose from one of three different steaks, including a flat-iron Black Angus steak, a petite sirloin, or a 10-ounce sirloin. Petite sirloin steaks are also offered in combination with either grilled salmon or a half-rack of ribs.
One of the most popular sections on the TGI Fridays Menu is the part that describes the burgers. Starting with a classic cheeseburger, this section also features a Kansas City barbecue burger, a southwest burger, a turkey burger, a cheddar and bacon burger, and a burger featuring Jack Daniel’s sauce.

Reading the menu and discovering all the different flavor combinations that are offered is an adventure. For those who favor chicken, the menu offers a choice of four different chicken entrees, as well as several different chicken pasta dishes and many salads that feature chicken.
Most entrees are served with a choice of side dishes. Side dishes include fries, steamed broccoli, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

One features a brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and Ghiardelli fudge sauce, caramel and pecans. Another features and Oreo cookie crust filled with cookies and cream ice cream, caramel and fudge. The vanilla bean cheesecake and cinnamon-apple spiced crumble are two other popular choices. Peanut butter mousse is combined with chocolate ganache to form a chocolate peanut butter pie that sits atop a crust made of peanut butter and graham crackers.
